Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how the personal data of users of the f-brand.ru website (the “Website”), owned by sole proprietor Evgeny Nikolaevich Fedorov (INN 381711917290, OGRNIP 315246800030209) (the “Operator”), is processed and protected.

The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and other regulations of the Russian Federation on personal data.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, health, etc.).

4. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing and responding to user requests and feedback;
  • Concluding and performing service agreements;
  • Sending commercial proposals and informational materials (subject to consent);
  • Improving the quality and functionality of the Website;
  • Keeping visit statistics and analysing user behaviour;
  • Complying with mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent of the personal data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
  • The need to perform a contract to which the personal data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
  • Fulfilment of the Operator's obligations under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Procedure and conditions of processing

Personal data is processed by automated means. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, dissemination and other unlawful actions.

Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of its processing. Once these purposes are achieved, personal data is destroyed or anonymised.

Retention period: users' personal data is stored for 3 years from the last interaction with the Operator, unless otherwise provided by contract or law.

7. Transfer of personal data to third parties

The Operator does not transfer users' personal data to third parties without their consent, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

To improve the Website, the Operator may use analytics services (Yandex.Metrica), which collect anonymised data on user behaviour. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
