Consent to Personal Data Processing

This consent is given by a user of the f-brand.ru website to the Operator — sole proprietor Evgeny Nikolaevich Fedorov (INN 381711917290, OGRNIP 315246800030209) — and governs the processing of personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

By filling in a contact form and clicking “Send”, “Sign up”, “Get a quote” or a similar button, you confirm that you have read this Consent and the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out in them.

1. Personal data covered

The consent covers the following personal data provided by the data subject:

  • Phone number;
  • Name (if provided voluntarily);
  • Email address (if provided voluntarily);
  • Other data voluntarily provided by the data subject in a contact form.

2. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Handling enquiries and requests submitted through the website forms;
  • Contacting the user to clarify the request and provide a consultation;
  • Preparing and sending commercial proposals;
  • Concluding and performing service agreements;
  • Informing about current offers and news (unless the user objects).

3. Actions with personal data

The Operator may perform the following actions with personal data:

  • Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation;
  • Storage, clarification (updating, modification);
  • Use, transfer (provision, access);
  • Blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. Automated processing

Personal data is processed by automated means through information systems located in the Russian Federation.

5. Retention period

Personal data is stored for 3 years from the data subject's last interaction with the Operator. After this period the personal data is destroyed or anonymised.

6. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator:

Withdrawal of consent does not stop data processing in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Legal consequences of withdrawal

If consent is withdrawn, the Operator stops processing personal data, except where processing is required by law or necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.

8. Protection of personal data

The Operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision and dissemination.

9. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to file a complaint about the Operator's actions with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) in the event of a breach of personal data legislation.
