A lawyer's website that speaks plain language
The website of Polina Maksach's law firm — an intellectual property lawyer: trademarks, protection of brands and content, disputes with Rospatent.
- Legal design instead of legal jargon: complex things in plain words, from familiar situations to a solution.
- A risk-free first step: a free 15-minute diagnosis, a lead form and Telegram, VK and MAX buttons.
- Trust built on facts: a case against Rospatent, public projects, diplomas and certificates — one click away.
explain the complex before trouble strikes
People usually come to an intellectual property lawyer when it's already too late: Rospatent has refused a registration, a claim has arrived, or another company has taken the name. The website had to get one simple idea across — the earlier a lawyer gets involved, the cheaper the solution — and make the first step easy: a free diagnosis instead of an expensive consultation.
The page is built as a conversation with the client. First come familiar situations: a Rospatent refusal, a claim over unlabelled advertising, a letter from court. Then services, a free diagnosis, a real case, public projects and Polina's story — and frequent questions are answered before anyone asks them.
The visual language grew out ofthe logo we made for the firm: the PM monogram and the “wine and graphite” palette. A light canvas, a floating pill menu, one accent colour and Evolventa headings — strict, but free of officialese.
Animation serves the meaning: counters in the trust strip, a case timeline that draws itself all the way to the win, a header that changes colour over dark blocks. The site is built without page builders, leads arrive in Telegram, and clicks to messengers are counted — you can see where clients write from.
instantly clear who helps and how
An intellectual property lawyer, 96% successful trademark registrations and one button — “Review my situation”. Below is a trust strip with counters: over five years of practice, ₽300M+ saved for clients, work across all of Russia.
all of a lawyer's work in three tabs
Intellectual property, business support, inspections and courts. On a computer these are tabs, on a phone an accordion. Each has a clear list of work and a “Get a price” button.
a Rospatent refusal is not the end of the story
A real case told as a story: Rospatent refused → court → win. The timeline line draws itself as you scroll, and a counter counts up the three years the win took.
diplomas — one click away
A block about Polina: a photo, experience, diplomas and certificates. Any document opens full screen — no need to take her word for it.
answering before you ask
Frequent questions open one at a time. Next to them is the lawyer's blog with guides: how to register a trademark, how to protect a blog name, whether an online school needs a licence. It works for search and for trust alike.
just as clear on a phone
The blocks are rebuilt for the phone, not just squeezed: the services tabs become an accordion, the menu hides in a burger, and a request stays one tap away.
