A website people trust with construction
A website for a Sochi construction company where the guarantee of the Kuban Cossack Host became the main selling point.
- The Kuban Cossack Host's guarantee is the website's main argument, not a line in the “About” section.
- Requests come through a price estimate: a five-question quiz with branches for homes and for business.
- Three kinds of client, three entry points: a private home, a commercial property and contract work, each with its own page.
sell trust in a market afraid of unfinished builds
The main fear of anyone building in Sochi is that the contractor takes the money and disappears or misses the deadline. KKSK has an answer competitors don't: the company was founded under the Kuban Cossack Host, and the Host answers for its obligations. The website had to make that argument visible and take a visitor from doubt to a price estimate.
We built the website around one promise: the Cossacks answer for delivery. The Host's guarantee gets a block of its own with the button “I want to build under the Cossacks' guarantee”, and it returns in the final call to action: “Build a house the Cossacks answer for”.
The visual language comes from the identity we designed for KKSK: dark architectural photography, all-caps headings, sharp corners and a single accent colour, Kuban green.
The path to a request is short: a price estimate from the first screen, a quiz mid-page and a form at the end. An engineer visits the site for free, and private homes, business, contract work and mortgages each get a page with their own arguments.
a house you want to build
The first screen sells the result, not the service: architectural photography, a 10-year guarantee and one main button, “Calculate the cost”. Three statements next to it answer questions about paperwork, mortgages and complex work.

the cossacks answer for delivery
The website names the market's main fear outright — a contractor takes the money and vanishes — and answers it at once: the Kuban Cossack Host answers for the company's obligations.

three clients, three entry points
A private home, a commercial property or contract work: visitors pick their scenario and see their kind of project straight away, from frame houses and bathhouses to hotels and warehouses. Each scenario has its own landing page.

an estimate instead of a request form
Five questions with two branches, one for homes and one for business. Steps change smoothly, the block adapts to each question, and at the end the visitor gets a preliminary estimate and a ₽100,000 discount.

an international project instead of promises
Trust is backed by a real project: engineering works at the Belarus sanatorium in Sochi and a review from the general contractor.
just as beautiful on a phone
Blocks are rebuilt for phones, not just shrunk: articles, for example, turn into a carousel.
the project in numbers
- 10pages: the home page, scenarios for private homes, business and contract work, mortgages and five articles
- 5quiz questions, with branches for homes and for business
- 7stages of the full cycle, from paperwork to handover
